Each sachet, when made with 200 ml whole milk, provides 386 kcal per serving and 17.2 g of protein.* When made into a compact style drink and mixed with 100 ml whole milk, each sachet provides 319 kcal per serving and 13.7 g of protein.*

How to Use :

"Empty one sachet of Ensure Shake into a glass or shaker.

 For a compact style drink: Measure 100 ml whole milk. Add a little milk to the powder, mix with a fork until smooth.

 For a longer drink: Measure 200 ml (1/3 pint) whole milk. Add a little milk to the powder, mix with a fork until smooth.

 Add the remaining milk and stir until smooth.

 For a frothy shake, use a shaker or electric blender. Try with warm (not boiled) milk as an alternative. Ensure Shake can also be mixed with semi-skimmed or skimmed milk, or water. If preparing Ensure Shake with liquids other than whole milk, the nutritional profile will vary.

 Ensure Shake vanilla flavour can be used as a tasty alternative to milk in rice pudding and on cereal. You could also try Ensure Shake chocolate flavour as an alternative to milk, or try heating it for a delicious hot drink – just be careful not to let it boil as this may affect some of the nutrients. You could add some little marshmallows too!"
