Carbohydrate Free Mix is a powdered product, very low in carbohydrate, containing a mixture of protein, fat, vitamins, minerals and trace elements for use in the dietary management of conditions where a low or modified carbohydrate diet is required such as glucose-galactose malabsorption, pyruvate dehydrogenase deficiency and GLUT-1-deficiency.
