How to Use :

Your dietitian, doctor or nurse will explain how to take your supplement to suit your needs or medical condition. Unless they advise you otherwise, generally people take it when they feel most like drinking or eating it. This may be between meals like a snack, so that it doesn't fill you up just before a meal, or it might be first thing in the morning or before you go to bed. The important thing is to try and eat as much of your meals as possible and use the supplement as a 'top-up'. Some people who cannot eat may be taking just oral nutritional supplements alone, they can provide all the essential nutrients you need each day. They are delicious when drunk warm or chilled straight from the fridge. Fruity flavours are best served chilled. The easy-to-handle bottle pours readily into a glass or you can drink it straight from the bottle using the straw provided.
