How to Use :

TAKE 2-3 CAPSULES PER DAY.

Take each capsule with or immediately after a meal. For example one after breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Individuals who have difficulty digesting lactose: Take 3-4 capsules with each lactose containing meal1. Swallow with water or a cold drink. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
