How to Use :

FOR MILD ANXIETY: TAKE ONE TABLET TWICE A DAY. FOR SLEEP DISTURBANCES: TAKE ONE TO TWO TABLETS HALF AN HOUR BEFORE BEDTIME.

Storage :

Do not store above 25ºC.

Precautions :

Do not chew. Do not take more tablets than the directions tell you to (4 tablets per day).

For oral administration only. Not for use in those under 18.

Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients or if you are pregnant or breast-feeding.
